As mentioned above, Pat Burke, 6x CrossFit Games competitor and Founder of False Grips, will be hosting a workshop from 12:45pm-1:15pm for athletes and spectators. In this workshop, we will be introducing you to what False Grips are, how to use them and how they benefit members and coaches in the typical class setting.
Finally, we will also provide a discount code for those who attend the workshop or see us at the event! We will take 20% off of your purchase at checkout if you attend the workshop or swing by our booth! This discount is applicable from the start of the event to the end of the day.
